Cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable is one of the core products in the field of modern power transmission. It uses polyethylene as the base material, and cross-links the molecular chain into a mesh structure through physical (such as electron beam irradiation) or chemical (such as peroxide cross-linking) methods, which significantly improves the material performance: the heat resistance level jumps from 70℃ of ordinary polyethylene to 90℃-125℃.

This cable is widely used in new energy electric vehicle connection and distribution (AC1000V~DC1500V voltage level).
